Our Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) fosters a spirit of volunteerism in the school and strives to strengthen the community by promoting communication, community service and outreach, and connections among parents, faculty, staff, and students. The Sullins PTO works throughout the year to organize numerous activities for our school and families. The parent group coordinates special events for our faculty and staff, organizes classroom volunteers, and holds several fundraising events each year. They work closely with administration to provide parent volunteers for events when needed.
All Sullins parents belong to the PTO and are invited to attend general meetings, which are held several times throughout the year and are announced in the "This Week at Sullins" weekly email.
The PTO fundraising efforts are used to provide items that directly benefit our school, faculty, and students. Parent involvement in the PTO is vital, and we are deeply grateful for our volunteers and their tireless dedication to Sullins Academy.
